Andrew, a lifelong Indiana resident, spent three years living in Argentina and Spain. After earning a B.A. in Spanish, he graduated from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2007.

He worked briefly as a Johnson County Prosecutor before joining Indiana Legal Services, where he spent 10 years as a public interest attorney focused on family law, poverty issues, auto fraud, civil forfeiture, and debt defense.

Notably, he achieved a civil forfeiture victory in The Indiana Supreme Court Sargent v. State of Indiana and contributed to United Supreme Court amicus brief in Tyson Timbs v. State of Indiana.

Andrew now runs his own practice, specializing in consumer, civil, and appellate litigation.
